Shipping Rates:

Currently, we are only shipping through UPS. Shipping rates will be estimated during checkout. After the total weight of your order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping charge may be more or less than your estimated quote.

 

Tracking Packages:

A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account with a tracking number.

All refunds are STORE CREDIT ONLY. No Exceptions

Online Purchase Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return some items for a store credit. Returns are accepted with our authorization only.  In order to receive an authorization number, please send email to info@vanillamonkey.com within 2 days of receipt of goods with the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Address
  • Invoice Number
  • Style Number
  • Quantity & Color
  • Reason for Return

The merchandise must be unworn and be accompanied by the original invoice.  In some occasions, refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or returned due to customers’ error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

Once a return has been authorized, customers will have 7 business days to send the return to our facility. Any returns received after 7 business days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that shipping charges will be at the expense of the buyer.

Please have all items in the original packaging

VanillaMonkey will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims AFTER indicated dates.

Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise with all parts included.
